We want you to be fully satisfied with your Scotch & Soda purchase, which is why we offer a 60-day return window for all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for sustainability reasons, a small return fee may be deducted from your final refund amount.
Register Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags remain attached, and include the completed return form inside the box.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your parcel, covering any old shipping marks.
Drop Off & Refund
Hand over your package at any authorized carrier drop-off point; once received and inspected at our Amsterdam warehouse, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
